Insurance and Billing

For therapy services I accept BCBS ppo and traditional plans, ASR Health Benefits, and UnitedHealthcare (UBH/UHC). I also offer private pay and can supply a billing form for reimbursement of out-of-network insurance. Please contact me to discuss rates, billing procedures and any questions.
